The Advanced HVAC Service provides complete system optimization, deep internal cleaning, electrical and refrigerant diagnostics, and fine-tuning for maximum efficiency, air quality, and reliability.
This tier goes beyond maintenance β itβs a full health inspection, performance test, and calibration of the entire HVAC system.
Full cleaning of indoor & outdoor coils
Thermostat calibration & control check
Refrigerant level measurement
Electrical and safety inspection
Blower, fan, and duct system inspection
Air filter and drain line service
Lubrication of all mechanical parts
Capacitor, relay, and contactor testing
Blower wheel and return plenum cleaning
1. Full System Diagnostics
Perform static pressure test (supply/return) using digital manometer
Conduct refrigerant superheat and subcooling tests
Measure amp draws on all motors and compare against manufacturer specs
Perform airflow balancing using anemometer (when applicable)
Evaluate heat exchanger integrity (combustion analysis for gas systems)
Conduct duct leakage assessment and record results
2. Deep System Cleaning & Restoration
Remove and clean blower wheel, indoor coil housing, and drain pan
Clean and sanitize evaporator and condenser coils with non-acidic solution
Flush and vacuum condensate drain to eliminate mold and buildup
Apply coil protectant (optional, depending on environment and client preference)
3. Electrical & Refrigeration Optimization
Test transformer output, contactors, fuses, and relays
Tighten all electrical connections to manufacturer torque spec
Verify proper refrigerant charge according to subcooling/superheat method
Evaluate compressor efficiency, measure discharge and suction pressures
4. System Controls & Calibration
Inspect and recalibrate zoning dampers (if installed)
Test ECM/variable-speed blower performance
Inspect communication wiring (for inverter systems)
Verify thermostat programming and setpoint accuracy
Perform system restart and performance verification after service
Duct sanitization / fogging treatment
Blower motor speed adjustment for optimal CFM
IAQ upgrades (UV light, electronic filter, media cabinet install)
Combustion tuning for gas furnaces
Smart thermostat integration & setup
Approx. 3β5 hours per system, depending on access and complexity.
Annually for high-end systems (variable-speed, inverter, or commercial units)
Every 18β24 months for standard residential systems
Customers preparing for seasonal peak loads (summer or winter)
Properties with comfort or efficiency complaints
Systems showing uneven airflow or high energy use
Preventive care before major renovation, resale, or tenant turnover
